Returns Policies

Burlesque Baller stands behind the quality of our merchandise. If you have any damages or a quantity discrepancy please let us know within 5 business days.

  • Email us immediately upon receiving your order that it was damaged by emailing [email protected] at or call us at (520) 278-1372 (I receive SMS and MMS if you hate phone conversations, I’m the same way lol) before you send anything back.
  • You may return n item if you ordered clothing and are unhappy with the size or design. you can exchange it for another size provided the item has not been washed, worn, and is in re-sellable condition. You are responsible for the Return shipping costs, I will cover the cost of re-shipping the new item(s) to you.
  • If  the wrong item is received, or shows up defective/damaged you will incur no additional shipping charges.For US Customers – Once we receive your return, we will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number.
  • Sale/Clearance merchandise is not returnable.

What happens if your item is received damaged ?

Because we sent you a damaged or incorrect item, we will send a replacement, a partial replacement, or a refund at no charge. We will make every attempt to have the item arrive in a timely fashion! If we ask for the item to be returned, we will issue an electronic return label for the return item which you will simply need to drop the package off to a US post office or UPS center.

If  your merchandise is damaged your item does not fit, or you simply don’t like the received item

you will  initially need to return the original item and place a new order. To return an item, please call or, or send me an email prior to returning it. Our returns department will process returned item within 3 to 4 business days upon receiving it.

To receive a credit as a result of your return, the items must be in the original, new, undamaged packaging. If credit is denied, we will hold the un-credited product for 30 days should you need to review or return of that product.

Once The product is reviewed and approved by my distributor, I can give you credit immediately upon their receiving it!


Returns on Hades Footwear Items

Damaged shoes and boots we replace after the original item received is returned. Be sure to call or email as soon as you discover your order is damaged to begin the process. For size exchanges, we allow exchanges within 30 days however you will be responsible for the shipping fees (email and call for returns address). Our steel boned corsets are suitable for tight lacing and waist training! We believe in our product so much that all of our corsets come with a lifetime guarantee!

Our Lifetime Guarantee ensures that should you find a manufacturer’s defect you are welcome to return the corset to us. Because we are confident our corset’s busk and bones will not break and seams will not rip. We cover any and all manufacturing defects!

We will not try to repair the corset but instead immediately send you a new one, free of charge. If the corset you’d like to receive in exchange for a corset with a defect is out of stock or discontinued, even if it’s the same size and style as your original corset, you’ll be asked to select a new one.

Shipping Information:

If a defect has occurred within 45 days of your purchase we’ll be glad to credit shipping costs both ways using standard shipping… US retail customers only. Please be sure to provide us with a valid tracking number for your order.

Outside of the 45 day period, for wholesale orders, and for international orders, we ask that you cover the shipping fees in both directions.

Not Covered:

As with any high quality item of clothing you might find that your corset experiences some wear and tear over time. Damage as a result of wear and tear over time is not covered by our warranty.

Because Most items purchased from our website may be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.

  • Products with quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. would be responsible for the return shipping fee incurred.
  • Products with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees incurred. To make sure you order the correct sizing, please email us to inquire about the sizing before ordering.

Terms and conditions for returned items:

  1. Products returned for exchange or refund must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Returned products with any sign of being worn as a result of being washed are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.
  2. Because of hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange or return of used lingerie.
  3. We would be responsible for the shipping charge incurred for products with quality-related issues. Customer would be responsible for the shipping charge incurred for products with other issues, such as color, sizing and preference.
  4. Take photos on the defects and email them to [email protected] for our verification within 7 days of receiving the items in order for the items to be returned.
  5. When sending a return or exchange, it is recommended that you ship the items with UPS, DHL or Fedex that offers a tracking method. If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return receipt request, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of the return goods.
  6. Return items could be shipped to the designated address given by our customer service after the due verification process is completed.
  7. Credits would be issued within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please include the original order number in the return parcel for us to expedite the process of issuing the credit.
  8. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The shipping and handling charges are not refundable but we will not deduct any further cost for the return.
